Initially I wanted to do a new discharge for the old sump pump and realized the company looked like they had their things in order and wanted to go ahead and put in the second sump pump to finish the basement. Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief.
