He was not the first estimate we have gotten but he was the most impressive.Keith and Jesse arrived at the appointed time and explained what we could expect, then got started. The project took a little longer than expected because they had to go deeper than anticipated. The last day of the project brought a third guy. I regrettably did not learn his name but he performed admirably. The job was completed as Keith told us and the only mess left behind was the mess we made moving things out of the way.Keith explained the confusing emails that my wife received was due to an outage of Verizon. We were happy with everyone involved throughout the process, from estimator to office personnel to the eventual workers who performed like rock stars. I will heartily recommend KC Waterproofing to anyone who is faced with foundation issues. We have complete confidence that our problems will not revisit us. The crew checked our sticking door throughout the lifting process to make sure it was working properly. We are relieved to have this behind us.

Initially I wanted to do a new discharge for the old sump pump and realized the company looked like they had their things in order and wanted to go ahead and put in the second sump pump to finish the basement. I was put in contact with the ground person doing the actual work whose name is Dontay. Dante and his crew did such an outstanding job. They were professional they were timely and most importantly any concerns it seems that Dante were able to point out an address ahead of time and made all proper calls when needed. We just completed a visit for an estimate with Don. He was very polite, thorough, and detailed about the proposed solution to water leakage in the basement. He answered all our questions and his solution was straight forward and included a good, ongoing warranty. We are favorably reviewing what he proposed.We agreed to the proposal by KC Waterproofing. The work was completed in two days, as proposed. Our concerns were for good dust control from jackhammering for the drainage trench. There was excellent dust control in all areas. The trench workmanship was excellent and there was creative preservation of the basement stairs and existing floor column. The penetration through the stone wall went very well for the sump pump discharge. Very good work by Ryan and Des, and good cleanup.We had our annual check by Connor. He was very thorough, cleaning the pumps and the sump. Everything works properly and the stone walls are dryer. There was no water running across the floor this year.

Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief. I don’t remember their names who stood out from all the men that came to work on my property. They were big husky fellas and I feel that they took the brunt, of the hard work upon themselves.
