He was not the first estimate we have gotten but he was the most impressive.Keith and Jesse arrived at the appointed time and explained what we could expect, then got started. I regrettably did not learn his name but he performed admirably. The job was completed as Keith told us and the only mess left behind was the mess we made moving things out of the way.Keith explained the confusing emails that my wife received was due to an outage of Verizon. My first initial contact was with Levi and he had the plan he gave me suggestion and he finished off the master plan to get things done. Initially I wanted to do a new discharge for the old sump pump and realized the company looked like they had their things in order and wanted to go ahead and put in the second sump pump to finish the basement. Levi made the switch over easy and put me in contact with Rhonda who flawlessly was able to switch up billing services and allow me to do my new transaction online for new invoice. I was put in contact with the ground person doing the actual work whose name is Dontay. Dante and his crew did such an outstanding job. They were professional they were timely and most importantly any concerns it seems that Dante were able to point out an address ahead of time and made all proper calls when needed. Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief. I don’t remember their names who stood out from all the men that came to work on my property. They were big husky fellas and I feel that they took the brunt, of the hard work upon themselves. And I respect that . I gave everyone a tip before they left today. I feel that those two young men deserve a better tip so I think that would allow them to have my information.
