My first initial contact was with Levi and he had the plan he gave me suggestion and he finished off the master plan to get things done. Initially I wanted to do a new discharge for the old sump pump and realized the company looked like they had their things in order and wanted to go ahead and put in the second sump pump to finish the basement. Levi made the switch over easy and put me in contact with Rhonda who flawlessly was able to switch up billing services and allow me to do my new transaction online for new invoice. I was put in contact with the ground person doing the actual work whose name is Dontay. Dante and his crew did such an outstanding job. They were professional they were timely and most importantly any concerns it seems that Dante were able to point out an address ahead of time and made all proper calls when needed. After dealing with some other companies that seem to have left doubt in my mind I have restored faith in this company. Update 2024. Mario Verdeja did follow up and maintenance for 2024. Excellent job, excellent job, excellent job.

Brandon and his crew did a fabulous job. Brandon and the guys were very respectful always saying good morning and letting me know when they went to lunch. Brandon explained the job as they worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He moved plants that were in the way and put they back exactly where they were. My yard was left exactly as they found it. The only way anyone could tell that KC Waterproofing had done any work at my house was by the sign that they put in the yard. I rate this crew 10 plus.

We just completed a visit for an estimate with Don. He was very polite, thorough, and detailed about the proposed solution to water leakage in the basement. He answered all our questions and his solution was straight forward and included a good, ongoing warranty. We are favorably reviewing what he proposed.We agreed to the proposal by KC Waterproofing. The work was completed in two days, as proposed. Our concerns were for good dust control from jackhammering for the drainage trench. There was excellent dust control in all areas. The trench workmanship was excellent and there was creative preservation of the basement stairs and existing floor column. The penetration through the stone wall went very well for the sump pump discharge. Very good work by Ryan and Des, and good cleanup.We had our annual check by Connor. He was very thorough, cleaning the pumps and the sump. Everything works properly and the stone walls are dryer. There was no water running across the floor this year.

Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief. Bonus points for the fully transferable warranty they can include in the sale of their home.

They were very courteous and hard-working The young men from Kc Water Proofing from what I could tell did a very excellent efficient job on my foundation work but there were two young men. I don’t remember their names who stood out from all the men that came to work on my property. They were big husky fellas and I feel that they took the brunt, of the hard work upon themselves. And I respect that . I gave everyone a tip before they left today. I feel that those two young men deserve a better tip so I think that would allow them to have my information. They can call me and I’d like to give them a better tip . I’m not saying it wasn’t a team effort but these two fellas impressed me .

Each time it was for a different portion of the house as it was needed.
