After having a poor experience with a different company, we made sure we got multiple quotes for our ongoing basement flooding and foundation concerns.Matt L came out to give us our quotes and evaluate our issues which included ongoing basement flooding through our windows as well as improper grading. He was very professional and kind, explained everything that was simple to understand but thorough.We got the side of our house re-graded by Gerry and his team. They were efficient, thorough, and professional. They helped us look at other potential repairs based on our concerns!Our windows were replaced by Dean who did an excellent job! They look amazing. The job site got cleaned flawlessly you wouldn’t even know he was there. The windows are a huge upgrade.We received quotes from 4 companies, however KC Waterproofing was by far the best company to work with start to finish. The coordinated the job so multiple crews came on the same day, which really helped me. They were the only ones that provided solutions at different cost levels, provided a quote on time and reviewed it with us, easy to schedule and communicate with, as well as overall professional. (2024 Job) I hired KC Waterproofing for another project after they did such a great job the first time. We had piers added to our foundation in the interior and exterior of the house. Ryan and his crew did a great job, were always on time, and cleaned up very well after themselves. The staff at KC waterproofing were professional, knowledgable and great to work with, which helped ease my anxiety. He was not the first estimate we have gotten but he was the most impressive.Keith and Jesse arrived at the appointed time and explained what we could expect, then got started. The project took a little longer than expected because they had to go deeper than anticipated. The last day of the project brought a third guy. I regrettably did not learn his name but he performed admirably. The job was completed as Keith told us and the only mess left behind was the mess we made moving things out of the way.Keith explained the confusing emails that my wife received was due to an outage of Verizon. We were happy with everyone involved throughout the process, from estimator to office personnel to the eventual workers who performed like rock stars. Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief. Bonus points for the fully transferable warranty they can include in the sale of their home.

They were very courteous and hard-working The young men from Kc Water Proofing from what I could tell did a very excellent efficient job on my foundation work but there were two young men. I don’t remember their names who stood out from all the men that came to work on my property. They were big husky fellas and I feel that they took the brunt, of the hard work upon themselves. And I respect that . I gave everyone a tip before they left today. I feel that those two young men deserve a better tip so I think that would allow them to have my information. They can call me and I’d like to give them a better tip . I’m not saying it wasn’t a team effort but these two fellas impressed me .
