Here is a piercing job completed by Keith’s crew in Lee’s Summit, MO. In this job, Keith and his crew worked to resolve a foundation repair issue with previously installed piers. The piers weren’t making sure the house was lifted and level, and that’s very important to the overall safety and health of your home and to its longevity.
The homeowner had eight piers installed along the North, East, and a section of the South wall of his home. These piers were not adequately supporting the home and needed some help. That’s where KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair stepped in. Keith’s crew installed six Earth Contact Products (ECP) 350 Piers and two ECP 250 Piers. These piers helped to stabilize and lift the home and make sure that it was level and supported. However, in fact, there was very little lift at all on this home.
The existing retaining wall did need to be taken down to install one of the piers, so KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair rebuilt the retaining wall as well. Plus, any and all cracks present due to the foundation repair issues were injected so that they did not cause issues and were less unsightly than they previously were.
All in all, everything went well and the customer was satisfied. Before Keith’s crew left, they cleaned up the area, talked with the homeowner about their experience, covered any questions or concerns that they might have, and packed up their gear.

After having a poor experience with a different company, we made sure we got multiple quotes for our ongoing basement flooding and foundation concerns.Matt L came out to give us our quotes and evaluate our issues which included ongoing basement flooding through our windows as well as improper grading. He was not the first estimate we have gotten but he was the most impressive.Keith and Jesse arrived at the appointed time and explained what we could expect, then got started. Fran performed a pre-listing foundation repair evaluation for my clients. He listened intently as they described the issues they were experiencing, asking questions to understand exactly how they wanted to approach the repairs. He offered 2 different options to complete the work. He spent 30 min taking measurements and preparing the estimate, then walked the homeowners through the options, associated costs and payment options. He answered any and all questions they had. The homeowners were previously so nervous about what they would hear but by the time Fran was finished, they were breathing a huge sigh of relief. They were very courteous and hard-working The young men from Kc Water Proofing from what I could tell did a very excellent efficient job on my foundation work but there were two young men. I don’t remember their names who stood out from all the men that came to work on my property. They were big husky fellas and I feel that they took the brunt, of the hard work upon themselves. And I respect that . I gave everyone a tip before they left today. I feel that those two young men deserve a better tip so I think that would allow them to have my information. They can call me and I’d like to give them a better tip . I’m not saying it wasn’t a team effort but these two fellas impressed me .
