We were assisted by Mario and are very pleased with his visit. He was prompt, thorough, easy to communicate with, and just a very pleasant person to work with. We will continue to use KC Waterproofing, and I hope we continue to have Mario help us.

Everyone I’ve interacted with from KC Waterproofing has been a delight. Friendly, professional and hardworking - from our Foundation Specialist Patrick to every member of Schylur’s crew who completed the work. Their clear communication with me throughout the course of the project was very appreciated. The crew clearly enjoys working together as well as the work they are doing, which gives me full confidence in the caliber of the end result. I would contract them again without reservation and happily recommend them to anyone in need of crawl space waterproofing services.

Mario came out to redo an old crack from 25 yrs ago under the warranty. He was awesome. Super friendly. Noticed my son was military and spoke highly of that. Redid the fill and made it look better than before and cleaned up nicely. Thank you Mario!
